Education and background
I am an ICF-certified coach (ACC)
and have completed the Executive Coaching Professional Practitioner Diploma.
My work combines international leadership experience
with professional coaching practice.
I studied leadership and management at LUT University in Finland,
where I earned a Master’s degree in Knowledge Management.
I have also continued my professional development through executive education,
including programmes at London Business School and Stockholm School of Economics.
I offer coaching in English, Estonian, Finnish, Russian and French.
This allows me to work with people from different backgrounds
and meet them in a language that feels natural to them.
