Why did I step into coaching?
When I look back at my career, the moments that have brought the most meaning and joy have always been those where I’ve had the chance to truly support people — to help them grow, take the next step, dream bigger, and make those dreams happen.
This understanding — that it’s all about people — is what led me to coaching. I completed the coaching program at EBS (Estonian Business School) in collaboration with the Academy of Executive Coaching, London, which gave me a strong foundation and deeper insight into how to hold space for growth and reflection.
